Pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at Dalhousie University

Evan is a key contributor to the success of Mow and Grow Etobicoke Lawn Care. With multiple years of industry experience he brings a strong foundation of discipline, leadership, and communication skills that make him an invaluable asset to the team.

A graduate of St. Michael’s College School, Evan consistently demonstrated excellence in both academics and athletics—earning honour roll status four years in a row, and competing on the varsity golf team. His ability to balance demanding commitments speaks to his strong work ethic and time management skills.

In addition to his achievements in the classroom and on the field, Evan also served as the moderator of his school’s wellness team, leading major initiatives such as Movember and Bullying Awareness Week. His passion for community involvement and leadership continues to shine through in his role at Mow and Grow.

Pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering and Honours of Business Administration at Ivey Business School at Western University

As the owner and founder of Mow and Grow Etobicoke, Connor is the driving force behind its growth and success. Currently a first-year Engineering student at Western University, Connor has already proven his dedication and discipline by earning a spot on the Dean’s List, playing for the Engineering Men’s Hockey Team, and serving as a SOPH for the engineering faculty. 

These experiences reflect Connor’s strong work ethic, time management, and commitment to excellence—all of which translate directly into how he runs the business. His ability to balance academics, athletics, and leadership roles speaks to his reliability, focus, and passion. Connor’s hands-on approach and drive to constantly improve make him a dependable owner who ensures that every lawn care job is completed with professionalism and attention to detail.

Pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Queens University

Cam brings valuable industry experience and a strong leadership background to the Mow and Grow Etobicoke team. Before joining the company, he worked for two years as a groundskeeper at the prestigious St. George’s Golf and Country Club, where he developed a keen eye for detail and high standards in turf care and landscape maintenance.

In high school, Cam was a leadership executive, maintaining a mid-90s academic average while excelling in athletics playing AAA baseball and serving as an assistant captain for the hockey team. His combination of discipline, work ethic, and team leadership makes him a dependable and knowledgeable crew lead who ensures every job is done with care, precision, and pride.
